These are your tasks
They provide complete support for the mandate, from accounting and annual financial statements to business and private tax returns.
- Mail input and output
- Answering and forwarding telephone calls
- Recording of tax assessments in the time limit book
- Distribution of the notifications to the responsible processors
- General office work
- preparation of copies of documents, if necessary
This is your profile
- Completed commercial vocational training (e.g. office, banking, tax consultant, paralegal, insurance, etc.)
- Gladly also re-entrants and graduates (m/f/d)
- Good knowledge of common MS Office
– Applications (Word, Outlook, Excel) - Independent and structured way of working as well as a good team spirit
- Work experience is rather secondary
